Nikita Kotrelev
I photograph people in different cities around the world the way memories feel. Not as staged photo shoots, but as living moments shaped by light, movement, space, and presence.
My work moves between portrait and cinematic storytelling. I work with travelers, couples, and creative people, building each session around atmosphere, honesty, and the feeling of a particular place.
Over the course of my seven-year career, I have worked in 42 countries. My projects have included documentary films, short films, feature films, advertising and photo reports.
I have collaborated with UN agencies and UNESCO
I organised my own photography exhibition, ‘AU-DELA DE LA RUSSIE’, in Paris.
I was a prize-winner in the ‘Street Photo of Russia’ competition.
